ascot grange is a fantastic spot if you're looking for a convenient stay. it’s located in a lovely area with quick travel options into the city centre. our comfort triple room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. plus, the ample parking was a big win! we loved it so much that we've already booked our next visit and can't wait to try the restaurant.

The location was great, not too far from Leeds and just off the main road. The parking was convenient. The restaurant next door had tasty food, especially the Indian dishes.

Leeds culinary scene is buzzing, with gems like Voujon at arm's length and Woodies Craft Ale House just around the corner. The staff at Ascot Grange are dead friendly, making you feel right at home, and the comfy rooms are a perfect crash pad after a long night out.

A wee bit of a hassle with the parking situation, and the kettle in my room could do with a bit of love. the steep final flight of stairs may not be your mate after a long day of exploring.

The room had decent space, perfect for a couple's stay. It offers a good mini kettle setup for your coffee and tea needs.

Arriving to a chilly room wasn't ideal. heating only kicks in at certain hours, leaving you waiting for warmth. The final set of stairs leading to the upper floors is steep and narrow, not exactly the easiest trek after a long day. Breakfast options are limited to a continental style at an extra cost with no cooked meals unless you venture out, which isn’t great in bad weather. Finding parking can be a hassle. unclear instructions about an additional car park in the rear don't help if you're stuck at the front without a spot.

I recently stayed for one night in a single room, and I found it to be clean and adequately comfortable, making it a good choice for a quick stop. The Indian restaurant next door was a highlight with exceptional food, and I especially enjoyed the variety on the menu. My only downside was that breakfast wasn't enjoyable, so I'd recommend looking for options outside the hotel in the morning.
